Staff was wonderful. On the surface, place looked okay, but upon closer inspection there were stains all over.

Good stay except for the drunk guys and girls who were around the next morning hanging out in the stair well

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. However when we got to our room the door was propped open by the sliding latch. Inside we found all of the pillows without pillow cases at the foot of the bed either in the floor or on the luggage rack. I immediately called the front desk to question the door being open. She was very nice and apologized saying the maid had not finished completely with the room, and asked if everything else was in order (which it was). She could not have pillow cases brought up because she was the only one there, given that it was later in the evening. I gladly went to get them and she was very apologetic. Two other things... Although I would not expect the bed to be made since we were staying two nights. We came in the second evening to find only one bad made. Finally, from what I could tell by the rooms we passed on our way to our room, this was a nonsmoking floor. The smell in the hallway said otherwise. Please don't get me wrong. The bathroom was nice and the beds very comfortable. We would probably stay again in the future. There just seems to be some house keeping and smoking issues.
