Most of the games weren't dispensing tickets and only 3 out of the 6 ticket counters were working

My children had fun. Although the place was crowded the staff were quick to get everyone through the lines to purchase things. There were a few rides/games that did not work, so a sign posted would have been nice to see so no one wasted their tokens. Overall it was a fun experience.
