The employees at that location are always friendly and they now what I want behind the counter before I even ask!

I love the employees. My only 2 complaints with this location on Beltline Rd. in Collinsville, IL. I never purchase grill items there anymore because it's always old and over cook. My other complaint is the cleanliness. It is no longer clean like it used to be. Sometimes the area around the tea even stinks! It's pretty Nast at times.

Over the past 3 months I have seen this BP go from great to not so great. It is not very clean any more. Also the grilled food is always old and over cooked and needs to be removed from the grill.

Of all the gas stations I go to BP has the slowest and, most buttons to push to pay at the pump. It slows me down and I really don't like it.
