I go to this station because it's close to home and usually convenient. Recently and on this last visit, one pump handle was covered and the pump I pulled up to had a sign that the screen wasn't working, so I had to pump and then go inside. Inside the store, there are so many displays and shelves it's not even easy to get to the counter. The woman who ran my CC, had paperwork and receipts spread all over the counter, and approached me as though I was interrupting her. Leaving kids in the car to go inside to pay is frustrating. Circling the driveway to find a working pump is equally frustrating. This seems to be an ongoing problem at this station. I grew up in a very successful multi-location family BP franchise in Rockford IL...we knew that equipment quality, driveway access, clean stores and customer service mattered to patrons. Lately, it feels that this franchisee doesn't appreciate these priorities. It has been better in the past.
