beautiful hotel with great amenities for the whole family

Superb stay marred only by housekeeping delays and a nearly 45minute waIt for a valet parked car (4 inquiries including at front desk where staff member lied that the car was at the gate coming any moment and didn't for another 25 minutes).

wonderful staff! the room I was in needs to be updated. lights in bathroom put out a tremendous amount of heat making it uncomfortable to get ready in the mornings ...it was so hot.

Attended the boat parade/dinner. Food was mediocre at best. It was so dark around the food you could barely tell what was being served. No accommodations were made for those with food allergies and the event just seemed a little disorganized and overpriced.
