This neighborhood BP has horrible customer service. The store I not very clean and they allow loitering which is a real turn off.

Some if the pumps were not working, but there no signs to alert the customer to this fact. Also, the cashier could not provide me with a receipt because there was no tape. I waited about 5 min., never got a receipt.
