It is a very nice place. A lot of people because of the balloon festival so I believe the restaurant crew was overwhelmed. We would love to come back though.

I visited on the last weekend of the Balloon Fiesta. I didn't stay the first time I tried due to the 2 hour wait in line. I understand the higher than normal amount of people, but could have been more prepared with more cashiers and additional restroom facilities.

The staff was discourteous rude and unwilling to discuss any issue or questions we had. We ordered coffee and our friends ordered a coffee drink from the bar. The coffee was served cold and the drink was a coffee drink that was supposed to be a hot drink. They were very non customer oriented! It is a shame
