The team and peak are beautiful as always. However, I was disappointed in the state of disrepair in the Ladies room at the base. one of the doors was broken and the whole bathroom is outdated.

It is a very nice place. A lot of people because of the balloon festival so I believe the restaurant crew was overwhelmed. We would love to come back though.

There is a fee but ours was included with our tour. This is a must see if you are in the area.

I visited on the last weekend of the Balloon Fiesta. I didn't stay the first time I tried due to the 2 hour wait in line. I understand the higher than normal amount of people, but could have been more prepared with more cashiers and additional restroom facilities.
