Great buffet. Air quality seems to be getting better.

Excellent buffet Both food and service. Restaurant hard to find because casino area is so high. Not smoky in restaurants

I love staying at the Peppermill. It has really upgraded itself in the last 10 years. Everything is nice

Peppermill is a very nice hotel. Good food choices, clean casino, etc

the hotel was quiet at night but the food was really expensive

always a friendly staff. their comps system, however, is confusing and no one seems to be able to take responsibility for that system and leaves both customer and staff confused and upset.

Had a great time with the family! The NEW HUGE TV SCREEN in the Casino is incredible with its Joe Ness videos! The ongoing facility upgrades are fresh & noticeably lighter than the old Peppermill style. Islands Buffet is still the best buffet in Reno! Chef Dave, Tim the Manager & Martha/Asst. Mgr., & the wait staff & line cooks are always friendly & accommodate diners' wishes! The food is always freshly prepared, never over-cooked & the presentation is enticing! Thanx for another great dining experience!
