Peppermill

I love staying at the Peppermill. It has really upgraded itself in the last 10 years. Everything is nice

the hotel was quiet at night but the food was really expensive

Had a great time with the family! The NEW HUGE TV SCREEN in the Casino is incredible with its Joe Ness videos! The ongoing facility upgrades are fresh & noticeably lighter than the old Peppermill style. Islands Buffet is still the best buffet in Reno! Chef Dave, Tim the Manager & Martha/Asst. Mgr., & the wait staff & line cooks are always friendly & accommodate diners' wishes! The food is always freshly prepared, never over-cooked & the presentation is enticing! Thanx for another great dining experience!

Deb in Vip is the best. Vaughn in the fireside makes you feel at home. Those two should not be overlooked in any way!

Peppermill is the best! They are freshening all the decor & the contract workmen doing wallpaper, ceiling tiles & stonework are polite, friendly & keep the workspaces clean & dusted! BTW. Peppermill has the cleanest restrooms in town: they always shine & even smell good! At the Oceano Sushi Bar we were greeted by Jonathan & seated with our favorite sushi chef, Carolyn. Eric, our server, even remembered what we drink! What a pro! Carolyn asked if we'd like to start with mussels - which like everything here are the freshest! She then proceeded to ask if we'd like 2 or 3 other rolls we generally order, but we wanted to try new sushi combos which she creates! All were fabulous with slightly different flavoring/spices that are not so common sushi fare! Eric & other servers were present but never intrusive; so we always had fresh drinks & empty plates cleared! Kudos to Jonathan! His whole operation is smooth & professional! If you want sushi in Reno, Oceano at the Peppermill is the best in town!
