Helpful staff and good breakfast

While the accommodations are ok, they aren't at all something I would expect with Wyndham attached to the name. The place has been painted fairly recently, but that's it. The rooms are very outdated and the beds aren't very comfortable. The key readers on the door are rusty and the ac has mold spots on it. There aren't a lot of options here, but I will prolly choose something else next time.

Starting with the positive: the beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. There were plenty of pillows which I like. The bathroom was clean as well as the towels. The continental breakfast was good with adequate choices of breakfast foods. However... This 3 star hotel should've been a 1 star. From outward appearances it was appealing, but inside was not. Former smoking rooms turned non-smoking smelled of stale cigarettes. A request for a roll-away bed for my toddler daughter cost $10 and I had to roll it upstairs myself from the receptionists desk, who was not happy about my interruption of her personal phone call to ask for the bed. The rooms were in desperate need of a remodel and the love seat in the living-room kitchenette area looked like it came from a land fill. I'm very happy that the room was at least clean, but dissatisfied with the feel and the accommodations, or lack there of. Customer service is ALWAYS appreciated and rewarded.
